WeAreAllSDF campaign gains momentum online

Launched by activists on social media in the North and East Syria, alongside journalists and civil figures from inside and outside Syria, the hashtag campaign #WeAreAllSDF aims to support the Syrian Democratic Forces and reaffirm their role as a guarantor of security and stability for the components of North and East Syria, and for a new, democratic, and decentralized Syria.

The campaign witnessed remarkable engagement from its early hours, recording thousands of posts and shares across various social media platforms within moments of its launch, before expanding significantly to exceed more than one million interactions worldwide.

Participants in the campaign highlighted the pivotal role played by the Syrian Democratic Forces in combating “terrorism” and protecting the diverse components of North and East Syria, in addition to their contribution to consolidating a democratic Syrian project based on pluralism and decentralization, safeguarding the rights of all communities.

Activists and media figures also stressed that the campaign comes in response to incitement and media smear campaigns, affirming that the Syrian Democratic Forces represent a national model in defending security and social peace, and are a key partner in any political solution that ensures Syria’s future and stability.
