Meeting for martyrs' families held in Berxwedan camp

The Martyrs' Families Council in Afrin and al-Shahba cantons held a meeting for the martyrs' families who are living in Berxwedan camp in al-Shahba canton to discuss the last political developments in the area, and to touch upon the families' state in the camp.

The meeting held in Fafin district related to al-Shahba canton, and dozens of martyrs' relatives in the camp attended the meeting.

The meeting began by holding a minute of silence, after which the administrator in the Martyrs’ Families Council of Afrin and al-Shahaba cantons Berivan Sharistan delivered a speech and talked about the latest developments of the political situation and the resistance of Afrin's people and said, "The foreign countries that supported Turkey would not be able to reach their goal, and every traitor would be held accountable for what they have done."

Sharistan praised the Resistance of the Age in Afrin and said that it is one of the grateful resistances shown in North Syria, and it entered the history of struggle and resistance thanks to the martyrs from Afrin who sacrificed their blood and kept awaken in the trenches to protect the honor of their homeland.

Sharistan noted that the Resistance of the Age continues until now and that the military operations carried out by People and Women Protection Units did not end and would not end until the liberation of Afrin from the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries.
