SZK condemns massacres in Sheikh Maqsoud, Ashrafiyeh

The Kurdish Language Foundation (SZK) condemned the attacks and massacres committed by mercenaries of the interim government against the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafiyeh neighborhoods. It affirmed that these acts constitute crimes and violations of moral and human values.

In condemnation of the attacks and massacres committed and ongoing by mercenaries of the interim government and the Turkish occupying state in the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafiyeh neighborhoods of Aleppo, the Kurdish Language Foundation (SZK) issued a statement in the city of Tirbespiyê, in the Jazira Canton.

The statement was read in front of the foundation’s building by the foundation’s spokesperson, Ghaliya Khasho, in the presence of members of civil society organizations, intellectuals, and local residents.

The statement said that these brutal attacks targeting Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafiyeh constitute a crime against peoples and a blatant violation of all moral and human values.

It also condemned the direct attacks targeting civilians, infrastructure, and health centers, describing these actions as inhumane.

SZK offered its condolences to families of the martyrs of the resistance in Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafiyeh and wished a speedy recovery to the wounded.
