6 civilians injured by Turkish occupation mercenaries in occupied Girê Spî

Six civilians were injured by gunfire from mercenaries of the Turkish occupation in the countryside of the occupied city of Girê Spî/Tal Abyad.

A local source from the town of Suluk, located within areas under Turkish occupation in Girê Spî, reported that six civilians from the Arabic tribe of Al-Na’im were injured by gunfire carried out by mercenaries from the so-called "Sokour al-Sunna" group, affiliated with the Turkish occupation.

The reason behind the gunfire targeting the six young men remains unknown. The injured individuals, who were transferred to the city’s hospital for treatment, have been identified as: Qusay al-Dallo, Maher Aboud, Uday al-Abbou, Khaled Aboud, and Khalil al-Aswad.

It is worth noting that the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries occupied the city of Girê Spî in October 2019. Since then, the city has witnessed a state of chaos and instability, amid ongoing crimes against civilians, including killings, kidnappings, and looting of property, in addition to pressure being exerted on the remaining residents to force them to leave their original homes.
