Explosive device blasted in Afrin

A source from Afrin told ANHA agency that an explosive device planted in the middle of the road near Newroz Roundabout on Rajo Road in the center of Afrin city blasted and resulted in killing and wounding more than 30 people, most of them are among the mercenary gangs, and some of the civilians.

The source pointed out that ambulances rushed to transport the killed and wounded to the hospitals, noting that the military hospital of the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries requested a medical support from Azaz Hospital for the multitude and dangerous injuries of the mercenaries who were left by the bombing.

On Wednesday afternoon, Afrin witnessed strong clashes near Kawa al-Haddad Roundabout in the center of Afrin between the mercenaries of the so-called Sultan Mohammed al-Fateh and the mercenaries of the 9th Division of the Turkish occupation which also led to killing and wounding a number of the mercenaries.

While 4 people were injured in a car explosion in Afrin center during the clashes.

Afrin is currently witnessing a state of alert and closure of markets and roads by the occupation army and its mercenaries.
