Afrin youths confirmed to participate in Afrin liberation

Within the framework of Afrin liberation conference’s decisions, Rojava and North Syria Youth Union is organizing a series of meetings for the youths in al-Shahba districts and Sherwa district.

On Saturday, a meeting was held in Tel Refat district, and dozens of young men and women as well as residents attended.

The meeting began with holding a minute of silence. Then, the administrator of Rojava Youth Union Haroun Abwe delivered a speech on the essence of the life of the people's revolutionary war and said, "In order for any people to protect and defend their lands, they must organize their life according to the people's revolutionary war."

He added, "Young people are the basis of every revolution against any aggression."

He noted, "In accordance with the decisions of the conference, we, as young people, need to organize ourselves and strengthen our ranks."

Moreover, preparations are being made for holding a youth conference that aims at reorganizing them. Abwe also urged the youths to be ready for any emergency to perform their tasks in a timely manner. He also stressed the importance of stepping up the youth’s struggle to defend the Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan.

The young people also stressed that they are ready for whatever may happen and that they will continue to organize their ranks to face all the schemes being hatched against them.

Furthermore, the meeting ended with chanting the slogans that salute the resistance of Afrin and the resistance of the Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan.
