AANES hands over 108 ISIS-related people to Tajikistan

An official delegation from the Republic of Tajikistan visited the Department of Foreign Relations in North and East Syria, in Qamishlo. The delegation included the Ambassador of the State of Tajikistan to the State of Kuwait Zubaidullah Zubaidov and his accompanying delegation.

The delegation was received by the co-chair of the Department of External Relations, Badran Çia Kurd, the two co-chairs, Fener Al-Kait, Rubel Baho, and members of the administrative body, Khaled Ibrahim and Golestan Ali.

The two sides discussed the relations between the Autonomous Administration and the Republic of Tajikistan, especially combating international terrorism, the great sacrifices made by the people of the region in the face of ISIS mercenaries, and the extent of its danger to the region and the world.

The co-chair of the Department of Foreign Relations, Badran Çia Kurd stressed the importance of cooperation in combating terrorism, finding comprehensive solutions to the problem of "terrorism", and holding thousands of ISIS mercenaries accountable in the detention centers of the Autonomous Administration through a special international court, as well as paying attention to rehabilitation centers that house dozens of ISIS children and families.

The delegation of Tajikistan praised all the civilians, security, administrative and military institutions of the region in fighting ISIS mercenaries and restoring security and safety in the region, wishing that security and safety would prevail in the whole world, especially Syria as a country suffering more than 10 years from the consequences of the internal war.

The Department of External Relations of the Autonomous Administration in North and East Syria handed over 108 people from the families of ISIS mercenaries, including 80 children and 28 women, nationals of Tajikistan, according to an official handover document that took place between the two sides.
