Non -prosecuting ISIS helps re-emergence

Head of the Beke clan in the Hol district Ahmed Hisein Shillash says ISIS still poses threats '' dangers posed by ISIS mercenaries still grave to the region. The whole world witnessed ISIS crimes of murder, abduction and killing en masse.

''The radical ideology still threatens the region in particularly in the Hol Camp that houses thousands of ISIS families. It is a bomb that threatens stability in the region.  ISIS cells are still moving in the region, civilians and whoever tries to distance from its ideology is killed the sole reason behind that delay to prosecute ISIS mercenaries and the remaining of their families in the camps in the region'', said Beke's.

Shillash lashed out at the concerned countries and the United Nations indicating as well to the inaction by all member states of the United Nations and the Global Coalition to Defeat ISIS on the ground contributed to the distancing by other countries to receive its subjects affiliated to ISIS and to prosecute them in their countries of origin or to render help in creating these tribunals in the region.

Shillash believes the stance adopted by countries rejecting to receive its subjects that were sent and given help logistically are aiming at the annihilation of North eastern Syria components.

In turn, notable of the Fadel clan Manaf Raca confirmed ISIS still dangerous holding the international community accountable for the dangers of revival in North eastern Syria, indicating moves of ISIS mercenaries and the presence in camps particularly in the Hol Camp and the majority detained in Syrian Democratic Forces run facilities of foreign nationalities.

Raca noted the ''world does not recognize the imminent dangers ISIS poses to the region due to the camps and detention centers in the region, '' children raised are no longer kids, this merely suffices ISIS to re-emerge due to the ideology inoculated into their minds by their mothers inside camps''.

Raca renewed the demand made by Arab clans to foreign countries to repatriate their subjects from NES camps and to bear their responsibilities towards a problem that make a heavy burden on the shoulders of NES and to form courts that prosecute ISIS mercenaries.

''This demand is a popular one to which the international community should make a response and to reconsider the case either to prosecute ISIS or to repatriate them from NES to their countries of origin  '', Raca said.
