Autonomous Administration of North , East Syria issued the final statement of their meeting held yesterday at the headquarters of the MSD in Ain Issa district of Girê Spî in the Euphrates region.

Coordinating Service Directorate for North and East Syria One of the decisions of the 3rd conference of MSD.
Based on the decision of the third conference of MSD held in al-Tabqa on July 16, which led to the formation of administrative structure coordinates services between the liberated areas and Democratic Autonomous Administrations in the rest of the north of Syria, where the conference approved the decision with the consent of all the attendees.
On this basis, the Preparatory Committee for Autonomous Administration of North , East Syria held a meeting on 6-9-2018, which included 70 members from the various departments in North and East Syria of the 7 departments at the headquarters of the MSD in Ain Isa.
The meeting was attended by the heads of local councils in al-Raqqa, al-Tabqa, Manbij, Deir ez-Zor and representatives of the Democratic Autonomous Administration in the regions of al-Jazeera-Afrin and representatives of the SDF, civil and national forces.
During the meeting, the 70-member General Council for Autonomous Administration of North , East Syria was formed through consultations with the Autonomous Administration and civil councils during the preparatory period, as follows:
- (49) members of the legislative councils in the areas of Autonomous Administration and civil councils, and (21) members of the technocrats agreed upon through the Preparatory Committee and discuss other departments.
Mrs. Siham Qariou and Mr. Farid Atti were elected to the joint presidency of the General Council for the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, the election of the General Council of the five-member Council and the election of the joint presidency of the Executive Body, "Berivan Mohammed and Abdul Hamid al-Mahbash"
The Divan continued to read the Charter of Autonomous Administration for North and East Syria and was approved by the General Council. "
