A massive fire broke out in agricultural fields in the countryside of Zirgan, in the Jazera region, and firefighting teams are continuing their efforts to extinguish it with the help of local residents.

The Hasaka Fire Department stated that it has dispatched additional support teams to assist in extinguishing the fire and preventing its spread to more farmland.

According to available information, the fire originated from Turkish military bases setting fire to agricultural land before spreading to the crops in Zirgan, according to a source in the city.

So far, the fire has consumed vast areas of farmland, and efforts are ongoing to control it and prevent its further spread.
