HRE: 11 mercenaries killed

Afrin Liberation Forces, the HRE, announced in a statement that eleven mercenaries affiliated to Turkish occupation forces were killed in series of operations carried out in memory of martyr Şiyar Deniz and in repellence to crimes committed in Afrin.

The HRE statement reads :

''Between 07 and 10 of September, response actions were held in memory of the martyr "Şiyar Deniz", as well as in retaliation for the inhumane acts committed by the Turkish occupation state.

In this context;

On 7 September, our forces carried out a raid on a Turkish base in the Shera sub-district. As a result of this action, 5 mercenaries were killed, 2 were wounded. A motorbike and a DShK were destroyed. During the operation, 2 AK-47 weapons, 1 BKC weapon, 1 thermal camera, 1 telephone, 1 handheld transceiver and identities belonging to mercenaries were seized.

On 9 September, in the village of Til Malîd in the district of Marê, 3 mercenaries were killed and 1 other was wounded in the operation.

On 10 September, in the village of Kil Cibrîn in Ezaz city, 3 mercenaries were killed, and 1 other was wounded in a special operation.

The overall of the operations; 11 mercenaries were killed and 4 others were wounded in the actions.''
