Youth issued condemnation statement in front of Sêmalka crossing

The march, which included more than 2000 young men and women from various cities and areas of Rojava, reached the crossing of Sêmelka on Friday afternoon with the aim of entering the territory of southern Kurdistan to denounce the occupation of the Turkish state of the territory of the Kurdistan region.

ANHA correspondents from the border crossing of Sêmelka reported that KDP authorities had prevented the young Rojava youth from entering the region after several attempts by the youth to enter.

The youth held a set-in several hours in front of the crossing and chanted slogans condemning the practices of the KDP authorities and accusing them of collusion with the Turkish state.

At the end of the sit-in, the youth issued a statement to the public opinion accusing the authorities of the Kurdistan Democratic Party in collusion with the occupation of the Turkish state for large areas of the territory of Kurdistan.

The statement said "For decades, the Turkish state has committed violations against the people of the region and carried out massacres against the Armenian people throughout its history. The massacres against Syrians, Assyrians, Yezidis and Alawites were also committed, as well as the most worse violations of human rights against the Kurdish people.

After the failure of IS mercenaries and the support of the mercenaries of the Turkish state, the implementation of Turkey's plan in Rojava and northern Syria and the collapse of their alleged capital in al-Raqqa and its failure to implement Turkey's plans in the occupation of Rojava and the region of southern Kurdistan.

We, as the youth of Rojava and northern Syria, have taken upon ourselves the task of defending the achievements of our people everywhere. We launched a campaign and expressed our readiness as the youth of Rojava and northern Syria to confront the occupation plans in Rojava.

On this basis, we appeal to the youth of Rojava, northern Syria and all Kurdish youth to declare the general alarm and carry arms because carrying arms is the appropriate answer to this stage.

We came today to move to the region of southern Kurdistan, but the authorities of the Democratic Party complicit with the Turkish occupation as they were colluded with the government of Saddam and the Iranian Shah in its history against the gains of the Kurdish people.

Hence, in front of  Sêmelka crossing, we condemn the betrayal of the KDP and its collusion with the Turkish state. We confirm that we will fail the schemes of the Turkish state and the traitors who cooperate with them.

And on this basis we reaffirm to our people that we are reluctant to defend our people from Afrin to Kurdistan, Kirkuk, Kandil, Amad and Mahabad, and we pledge our people that we will make the territory of Kurdistan a cemetery for the invaders and occupiers. "
