Two people abducted in Al-Suwayda, one of them child
Unknown armed men have abducted two individuals, including a child under 14, who were tending to livestock in the eastern countryside of Al-Suwayda.
A local source reported that the child, Qusay Jumaa Al-Ramthan, from the village of Al-Shaab in the eastern countryside, was abducted while tending livestock near the village of Talilein along with a man from the Atayjeh tribe from the Al-Lajat area, who also works as a shepherd. This incident occurred on Monday.
According to the source, the masked armed men were in a white SUV and attacked the child Qusay and the shepherd, forcing them at gunpoint into the vehicle, which then sped away east from the village of Talilein and almost hit a civilian during its escape.
The source added that the abductors took the victims to an unknown location, with no information available about their fate or the reasons for their abduction.
