War Wounded pledge to escalate struggle to achieve physical freedom of leader Ocalan

The War Wounded in the city of Aleppo made a statement to the public opinion, denouncing the Turkish occupation state's delivery of threatening letters to the leader Abdullah Ocalan, and the statement was read by the administrator of the War Wounded Foundation, Mustafa Mamo, in their center in Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood in the city of Aleppo.

The statement confirmed, "Recently, a threatening message was leaked to the leader Abdullah Ocalan, which included ending his life by poisoning, and this indicates that there is a great danger to our leader".

The statement added, "The silence of the Committee against Torture in Detention Centers (CPT) is evidence of its participation with the Turkish state in implementing the strict isolation imposed on the leader Abdullah Ocalan".

The statement stressed, "Human rights and humanitarian organizations must carry out their duties and break the isolation imposed on the leader Abdullah Ocalan," stressing, "We, the War Wounded, reject this isolation and we will fight until we achieve our leader's physical freedom".
