HPG: Turkish occupation shells defense zones 26 times

On Wednesday, the Media Center of the People's Defense Forces (HPG) issued a statement about the Turkish occupation army's attacks on the defense areas of Media, in which it stated:

In the Zap region:

On May 22, at 14:20, the Turkish aggression army launched an attack on the resistance square of our Guerrilla forces in Tel FM, and our forces responded to the attack as part of self-defense.

On the same date, at 10:00, the Turkish occupation army launched another attack on the trenches of the Guerrilla resistance in the Saiyda area, and in a related context, our fighters in the ranks of the Free Women Units - YJA Star responded to the attack of the Turkish aggression with offensive tactics, which led as a result, a soldier from the Turkish occupation army was killed and another wounded.

On May 23, at 09:30, the Turkish occupation soldiers launched an attack on our Guerrilla forces in the resistance trenches in the Saiyda area, and our forces responded to the attack in self-defense.

Attacks of the Turkish occupation army:

On May 21, 22, and 23, the warplanes of the Turkish occupation state bombed Gunish Square in the Khakurk region, as well as Tal Jarjil and Amediya hill in the Metîna region, in addition to Bihar hill and Judy hill in the Zab region, 7 times.

On the same date, the martyr Blanak and Hakkari hills in the Metîna region, Judi hills, Bahar hills, and the Jamjo and Saiyda regions in the Zap region, 19, were bombed by the Turkish occupation by artillery, mortars and tanks.

On May 23, the Turkish aggression army tried to destroy our resistance trenches in Tel FM Square, with bulldozers.
