Pro- Russian Forces deployed to Syrian – Iraqi border

Forces of the Legion Five backed by Russian Forces have been deployed for the first ever time to posts on the Syrian –Iraqi border, close to the city of al-Bukamal, in eastern Deir al-Zor.

It was stated by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, the SOHR, that forces of the Legion Five have handed some posts held by the pro –Iranian groups (al-Nujaba' Movement, Iraqi Hezbollah and al-Abdal), after an undisclosed  Russian – Iranian agreement, as it was ushered a week ago where an office affiliated to the Russian Forces was set up at the middle of the city of al-Bukamal. 

Deployment by forces of the Russian backed Legion Five to the Syrian –Iraqi border is the first of it's kind, since the beginning of the Iranian- Russian struggle in Syria. 

Worth to note that, a week ago, an office affiliated to the Russian Forces was set up in the city of al-Bukamal, in the eastern countryside of Deir al-Zor on the sirian – Iraqi border, then Russian Forces stationed at the building of the al-Siyahi Hotel at the middle of the city.
