Today, the People's Defense Forces (HPG) announced the killing of three Turkish soldiers in the areas of Zap and Metina over a series of qualitative operations.

HPG's Media Center stated," In Metina area:

On July 23, at 14:30, Guerrilla forces targeted occupation soldiers in Colca Resistance Square , using semi-automatic weapons, which led to stopping their movements.

At 22:30 on the same day, the People's Defense Forces intercepted the attack helicopters in Shilasza, forcing them to move away from the area.

In area of ​​Martyr Dalil, west of Zap:

On July 22, at 09:00, the People's Defense Forces targeted occupation soldiers with heavy weapons in Judi Hill.

On July 23, at 1:10 p.m., the Free Women-Star units carried out a sniper operation targeting occupation soldiers in Judi Hill, killing one of them.

At 14:00 on the same day, the Free Women-Star units carried out another sniper operation in Judi Hill, resulting in the death of another soldier.

On July 22, at 19:48, the People's Defense Forces carried out a qualitative operation against the occupation soldiers in Amadiya Hill.

On July 23, at 04:45, occupation soldiers were sniped in Amadiya Hill, leading to the death of a third soldier.

At 21:45 on the same day, the People's Defense Forces intercepted a helicopter in Bahar Hill, forcing it to move away from the area.

In Gari area:

On July 23, at 22:00, the People's Defense Forces intercepted helicopters in Haftabagh Square.

The resistance tunnels in Amadiya Hill were bombed with prohibited weapons on July 22.

Turkish army attacks:

On July 22 and 23, warplanes targeted the squares of Martyr Sharif, Loulan, Sanin and Barbzina in the Khakurk region 6 times, the squares of Dashta Kafia, Zankel and Kani Sarke in the Gari region 4 times, Bahar Hill in the martyr Dalil region west of Zap once, and the squares of Lafja and Hill Hiwa in the Qandil region 4 times. While  Bishili, Metina region once, that led to the outbreak of fires in many areas.”
