On going resistance in Makhmour camp for fifth day
The resistance of the people of Makhmour camp continues against the attempts of the Iraqi army to surround the camp with barbed wire, while the latter insists on surrounding the camp with barbed wire, as the meetings between the two parties did not lead to any positive results.
Since May 20, the Iraqi army has been trying to surround the Makhmour (Martyr Rustam Judy) refugee camp with barbed wire, barriers and personnel for five days.
Furthermore, the resistance of the people of Makhmour and their response to these encirclement attempts continues unabated, while the Iraqi army insists on surrounding the camp with barbed wire, while the meetings held between the two parties did not lead to any positive position.
The refugees' protest continued last night as well, while hundreds of them are still resisting today in the resistance tents.
