YBŞ declares person martyred; wounding fighter by Turkish occupation shelling UAV
Şengal Resistance Units announced the martyrdom of a person and the injury of one of its fighters in the bombing of the Turkish occupation of a village in Şengal district.
On Tuesday morning, a house in Khalaf village, Bari district, in Şengal district, was targeted by the Turkish occupation army's drones. Şengal Resistance Units (YBŞ), and in response to the bombing, issued a statement, in which it indicated that the warplanes targeted a guesthouse of their own, and the bombing resulted in the martyrdom of a guest they had and the wounding of a fighter from their units.
YBŞ's statement read: "Today, in the morning hours, a drone belonging to the Turkish occupation army targeted our guest house, and the bombing resulted in the loss of our guest's life and the injury of one of our comrades."
The statement stated that the guest was named Saeed Ashour, and he is from the Khansour district in the Şengal district.
Şengal Resistance Units, in its statement, continued that the Turkish occupation has increased the frequency of its air strikes in Şengal district, and indicated that the aim of these attacks is to continue the approach of extermination and massacres against the Yazidi Community.
