People of Aleppo stressed that the Syrian government and the Turkish occupation state are but two faces of the same coin, as it aims to undermine the people's will, and stir up discord and chaos in the autonomous-administrated areas, calling for the necessity of joining efforts to undermine the special war policies against n the area.

Regarding the siege on the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods, Hassan said: "The Syrian government imposes siege on the Sheikh Maqsoud and Al-Ashrafieh neighborhoods, prevents the essential materials into them, and tightens the noose on citizens at checkpoints."
Special war and undermining the will of the peoples
Hassan added, "If these actions indicate anything, then they prove the existing agreements concluded between the Damascus government and the Turkish occupation, so they openly declare their hostility to the Kurds, but in fact they target the AA that has embraced all components in the region. These policies are one mean of the special warfare," It aims to distort the Autonomous Administration and break the will of the people. However, the people in northeast Syria and Aleppo will not be weakened as long as they take the principle of coexistence as a basis for their life.
Hassan concluded his speech denouncing the failure of international and human rights organizations to fulfill their duty toward people in NE Syria.
