Turkish occupation targets Amadiyah, coinciding with visit of Iraqi National Security Advisor
Turkish occupation aircraft launched airstrikes on the Amadiyah region in Southern Kurdistan, coinciding with the visit of the Iraqi National Security Advisor to the region.

Roj News Agency, citing local sources, confirmed that the Turkish air strikes targeted sites in Amadiyah, resulting in extensive material damage.
The attacks come at a time when the region is witnessing official visits, as the Iraqi National Security Advisor visits to review the security situation and discuss ways to enhance stability in Southern Kurdistan.
Repeated Turkish attacks are worrying local residents and increasing tensions in the region, amid renewed calls for the Iraqi government and the Government of Southern Kurdistan (KRG) to take a firm stance against these violations of national sovereignty.
It is worth noting that the National Security Advisor, Qasim al-Araji, arrived in Hewler at the head of a high-level security delegation, based on the direction of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mohammad Shiaa al-Sudani.
