Since its establishment, the Democratic Autonomous Administration (DAA) has called on all parties to find a solution to the Syrian crisis and unify its land, and renewed its call, through a statement on June 29, of the necessity of Syrian-Syrian dialogue.

A member of the presidential body of the Union of Intellectuals in the Democratic Autonomous Administration of Raqqa canton, Abdul Rahman Al-Ahmad, stressed the necessity of Syrian-Syrian dialogue, and the exclusion of all foreign agendas that seek to achieve their interests at the expense of Syrian blood.”

“We support the Autonomous Administration’s initiative to resolve the Syrian crisis, and we support everyone who is trying to stop the shedding of Syrian blood and restore security and stability to Syria. Everyone must make concessions for the sake of the interest of Syria and the unity of its land and people.”

For his part, Hassan al-Mustafa, co-chair of the Authority for Culture and Antiquities in the Democratic Autonomous Administration of Raqqa canton, said: “Solutions to the Syrian crisis must be implemented on the ground, instead of sweet talk and conferences and dialogues that are held from time to time, without tangible results.”

Hassan al-Mustafa noted: “Anyone who wants the benefit of the Syrians must act for that, not to implement his efforts and achieve his gains at their expense.”

“The Damascus government must be vigilant regarding normalization with the Turkish state and reject it,” Al-Mustafa stressed. “It must review what this state has done in Syria by occupying parts of Syria, starting from the Iskenderun (Aleksandretta), all the way to Ras al-Ain, Tal Abyad, and Afrin.”

Al-Mustafa also stressed, “We, the intellectuals of Raqqa canton, stand with the Autonomous Administration in its initiative to find a map to solve the Syrian crisis. We call on all intellectuals in North and East Syria and inside Syria to stand with everyone who wants to solve this crisis, move away from racism and bias, and forget the past to rebuild a unified Syria that includes all segments of the Syrian people.”

In his turn, a member of the National Library, Abdul Karim al-Asa'ad, confirmed: “If Turkey had wanted the interests of the Syrian people, it would not have occupied parts of Syria, plundered its wealth, destroyed its infrastructure, and brought terrorist groups there to destroy it. Today, it seeks rapprochement, forgetting all the violations against the Syrian people and their land.”

Abdul Karim al-Asa'ad praised the role of the Autonomous Administration in resolving the Syrian crisis, since the beginning of its establishment, which today seeks to unify Syrian visions and resolve this crisis away from any external dictates.
