During his visit to the gathering of Bani Hassan in Najaf's al-Haidariya district, A'asaib Ahl al-Haq Secretary-General Qais al-Khazali said that "the departure of US forces has little left of it."

He noted that all their efforts will be focused on removing the Turkish occupation army, stressing that Turkey wants to cut off the north of Iraq, and wants to cut off Kerkuk and include it in "the dream of an empire or an imagined caliphate."

He pointed out that "Iraqis reject the existence of occupation on their lands, and that the will to liberate the country and complete sovereignty is a topic that can't be discussed."

Since the beginning of last July, the Turkish occupation army, with the participation of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, has escalated its attacks and incursions into various areas of Southern Kurdistan, and occupied large areas, specifically in Dohuk governorate, which led to a large displacement and massive destruction of citizens' property, amid the silence of the Iraqi authorities, and the defense of S. Kurdistan was limited to the People Defense Forces.

A security agreement was concluded between the Iraqi authorities and Turkey the day before yesterday, in which popular circles saw the authorities' legitimization of the occupation of Turkey Iraqi territory, the latest of which described the Secretary-General of the Al-Waad al-Sadiq Corps Mohamed al-Tamimi, through a statement issued yesterday, of surrender and renunciation of national sovereignty.
