This came during a statement made today by the women's organizations and movements in North and East Syria, in front of the Women's Authority building in the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, in the city of Raqqa.

The statement, which was read by the head of the Women's Authority in the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, Adalat Omar, said, "In light of the state of safety and stability in the regions of north-eastern Syria, and the consolidation of democratic values, principles, and women's freedom as a basis for building a moral and political society, despite all the challenges and obstacles." The political, social and economic challenges facing the entire region, women in North and East Syria continue their struggle, and play a pioneering role in all areas of life, and this is what makes them the focus of attention and targeting of all authoritarian and colonial powers, parties and personalities hostile to their freedom to obtain the bulk of the special war policies, seeking to undermine The great gains and achievements of the women's revolution in north-eastern Syria.

And the statement continued: "The women's revolution has become a source of inspiration for all women in the Middle East and the world, through political and social experiences in educating and organizing women, and highlighting them in realistic and objective methods and methods in order to deliver basic and radical solutions to outstanding issues related to women."

He explained, "Today, with all the fierce and violent war we are exposed to, the policies of displacement, killing and trafficking in women, the Turkish occupation's targeting of political and civilian activists in North and East Syria, and hostile attacks through methods of spreading rumors, false propaganda and media misinformation against women's lived reality, especially in recent times with the aim of distorting the march of women." The struggle of women in northeastern Syria, breaking their will and stripping them of their culture and human and moral values.

Pointing out that there are attempts under the cover of private war that seek "to target women working in Autonomous Administration institutions and women's movements that seek with all their energies and capabilities to prove and activate the role of women to be the expressive and guarantor force for implementing the essence of the project, which is democracy."

Accordingly, the statement directed its appeal to all peoples and women, saying: "We must all thwart the policies and methods of special warfare, and preserve the identity of women with all their components in north-eastern Syria, who struggled and resisted to build a cohesive society free from wars and diseases and armed themselves with the liberating ideology of women, in the face of fierce attacks." patriarchal notions, and nation-state systems that target women and their struggle.
