The Kurdish Red Crescent Organization received the bodies of 7 citizens who lost their lives in the Algerian desert and brought them to their cities; their bodies were buried by their families.

The citizens had lost their lives in the Algerian desert due to thirst while trying to migrate to Europe.

On July 8, the Algerian Relief and Search Association published information about its crews finding a car with 12 bodies next to it in the Belqbour area in the Algerian desert, where they died of thirst.

The association indicated that the victims were Syrians and according to their documents, they came from Aleppo, Raqqa, Hasakah and Damascus.

According to what was published by the Kurdish Red Crescent Organization on its official pages, the bodies of the citizens were transferred from the People's Hospital in Tabqa to their cities and handed over to their families.
