French delegation: We to deliver Kongra Star's voice to world

A member of French women's delegation who visited Rojava Corinne Morel Darleux who is a member in the council of Auvergne Rhône Alpes area, and the secretary of the Left Party made it clear that they will deliver the voice of Kongra Star’s campaign under the slogan "Women, Revolt for Afrin" to all parts of the world.

The French women's delegation that arrived Qamişlo to support Kongra Star's campaign under the slogan "Women, Revolt for Afrin" included a member of Auvergne Rhône Alpes Area Council, and the secretary of the Left Party and three journalists, Alice Serrano, Iram Tron and Violin Verma. The delegation started its tour in Rojava by visiting Kongra Stars' headquarters in al-Jazeera region.

The delegation was received by Kongra Star's official spokesperson in al-Jazeera region Avîn Swaid and the female directors of the Diplomatic Relations Committee Fidan Seydou, Makiya Hesso, and Ferial Hassen.

Avîn Swaid and the female directors of the Diplomatic Relations Committee held a meeting with the delegation. The discussions that took place at the meeting focused on Kongra Star's activities and events for training, raising awareness, protecting and supporting the women in addition to the status of the women in Rojava and North Syria, the status of women in the circumstances of battle in the area, and organizing the campaign of Kongra Star and the  women's laws.

One of our visit's reasons is the participatory life among different cultures.

Corinne said that their last project was to reject the Turkish attacks on Afrin, and Corinne concluded, "Since two years, we have been waiting to come to Rojava, and we were lucky to come now, and on behalf of the Leftist Party, we came to follow this campaign here, and to deliver the echo of the situations that are being lived here to the world.

After the delegation met Kongra Star, it is scheduled to visit the headquarters of the Democratic Union Party, the Women's Protection Units (YPJ) and Women Village. The delegation will then go to Kobanî, and if it has the chance, it would visit Afrin's residents living in al-Shahba.
