On March 6 and 7, Foundation of Believers Without Borders has organized an international conference in Marrakesh, Morocco, on "Post-urgent challenges to the future in the face of extremism", in which many experts participated.

At the conference, they discussed ISIS declaration of the so-called Caliphate state, and the emergence of differences between various Islamic movements, "missionary, political and jihadist", and the threat posed by IS mercenaries after the retreat of their areas of control in Syria and Iraq and their return to their countries.

At the conference, David Pollock, an American expert on the political dynamics of Middle East, said that "most Arabic countries have tended to consider the Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization," after it moved from the stage of empowerment, exploiting the chaos that engulfed the area in the midst of events what is called "Arabic Spring".

"The percentage of sympathizers with Muslim Brotherhood has declined over the last two years, and it has been shown to many that although the group appears to be nonviolent, but it is intolerant and not as moderate as it seems," Pollock said.

Pollock revealed a paradox that he himself was surprised by: "ISIS support in Turkey reached to 2 to 5 % in most Arabic societies and has reached to 8 % in Turkey."

"There is little sympathy in most Arabic and Islamic countries with ISIS and al-Qaeda with exceptions," he said. "Today's picture is different from what it was after the September 2001 attacks, 2003 invasion of Iraq and the Lebanonese-Israeli war in 2006."

Turkey has been one of the biggest supporters of terrorist groups such as ISIS and Jabhit al-Nusra, air footage from Russia showed how Turkey was buying oil from its source and providing funding, several leaders of Syrian Democratic Forces confirmed that Turkey was supporting them with arms and logistical support, and open their airports’ doors to them and facilitated their movement between Syria and Iraq and vice versa.
