Turkish occupation bombards Metina Mountains
The Turkish occupation army bombarded the Metina Mountains located on the borders of the Amediye district in Duhok province, Bashur Kurdistan, today, Friday, resulting in a massive fire in the border area.
Roj News agency reported from sources that “Turkish airstrikes targeted the Metina Mountains in Duhok, where the Amediye district experienced a series of repeated bombings, exacerbating environmental damage and igniting a large fire in the area.”
This bombardment is part of Turkey's ongoing policy of destroying Kurdistan's environment and expanding the areas it occupies.
