Al-Aqeidat Dignitaries reaffirm their rejection of Damascus Forces attacks

The Damascus government forces and the so-called "National Defense" launched an attack on the cities and towns of the eastern Deir ez-Zor Canton, which led to the martyrdom of 13 people and the injury of 12 others, including children.

 Notables of the Al-Aqeidat clans condemned the criminal acts of the Damascus government forces against the people of the region.

The notable of the Al-Aqeidat clan in the town of Al-Azba, Awad Ramadan Al-Ali, said: "We, the dignitaries of Deir ez-Zor strongly condemn the barbaric attacks by the Damascus government and its mercenaries on the eastern areas of the Conton, and the killing of defenseless civilians who have suffered woes since 2011."

 Al-Ali stressed: "Syrians must stay away from military conflicts, because they bring woes, and the goal of these strikes is to destabilize security and stability of the region and create strife."

 He expressed their serious position alongside the Syrian Democratic Forces to maintain security and stability, "and repel attacks led by a destructive foreign agenda."

 While the notable of the Al-Aqeidat clan in the town of Khasham, Sabah Al-Amash, said: "We Syrians are one family, and we do not accept any tampering in our areas."

 Al-Amash condemned: "The brutal attacks targeting civilians, children and women to create strife among the components of the one people in NE Syria."

He expressed their rejection of these attacks, saying: "We reject these actions through which the Damascus government forces are trying to sow discord and tamper with the stability of the region, we affirm our support to the Syrian Democratic Forces."

 The Notable of the town of Jadid Aqeidat, Fathi Al-Atish, confirmed: "We, the sheikhs, dignitaries and people of Deir ez-Zor, all stand with the Syrian Democratic Forces to fight and thwart this conspiracy being hatched against our people in NE Syria, especially in Deir ez-Zor."

 Al-Atish noted: "We strongly denounce the attacks of the Damascus government and its mercenaries on our regions."

Al-Atish pointed out that the Damascus government is launching attacks against their regions to destabilize security and stability there, and said: " the Syrian Democratic Forces, we will defeat this conspiracy."
