Tal Hamis tribes: Hand in hand against any scheme attacks region' stability

Dozens of sheikhs and notables of Arabic tribes, residents of Tal Hamis, and members of civil institutions and political parties gathered in front of the Tal Hamis City Council to condemn the attacks of the Damascus government forces and the so-called "National Defense" on Deir ez-Zor areas.

During the gathering, a statement was read in this regard by the official spokesman for the Tayy Tribal Council, Hayal al-Khuwair, and stated at the beginning: "Over the years of the Syrian crisis, our people have become fully aware of who is ordering and who is conspiring, and what is happening against the areas of NE Syria region, and the reasons are clear, which is to undermine the stability of our region, which have security, safety and brotherhood of peoples among all their components."

"The main goal sought by the Damascus government is to restore the scenario of ISIS in the region, sow discord between the Arabic tribes living west of the Euphrates with the Arabic tribes east of the Euphrates and make a river of blood among the people of Syria," the statement said.

At the end of their statement, the residents and notables of Tal Hamis pledged to the military forces to "be hand in hand against any terrorist plot aimed at striking the security of the region, and all our Arabic tribes west of the Euphrates not to be drawn into the sedition sought by terrorist organizations."
