Younis pointed out during a special interview with ANHA agency that there are several main forces in Syria, the most important of which are the government in Damascus, which still enjoys international recognition, and the Democratic Autonomous Administration of Northeastern Syria.

Hassan noted that any solution in Syria must pass through the channel of dialogue, making mutual concessions, and approaching with gradual steps from both parties; because the alternative path to the solution will be armed confrontation.

As for the problem of the relationship between the Autonomous Administration and the Damascus government, Hassan described it as a "loss of trust", because the two parties are waging a cold war.

"The Damascus government and its various platforms accuse the Autonomous Administration of supporting the Sweida movement, while the Autonomous Administration accuses the Damascus government of supporting the tribal movement that erupted last summer in Deir ez-Zor, so a policy of transparency must be followed in this regard"  Hassan said.

As for the positive statements made by the two parties from time to time about the necessity of dialogue and readiness for dialogue, Hassan considered them incapable of "bridge this gap", without actions on the ground.

He made the point clear that the existence of positive coordination in this regard, and said: "The Syrian people need this coordination; because the economic, social and educational cycle is very intertwined between all regions."
