The HRW alleged that a four years old Canadian female child was flown to Canada, after spending half of her lifetime under ISIS, and that it was all done with a great amount of money, after her mother was forced to remain in Syria due to her close links to terror, after marrying an ISIS element.

On this, Media Office of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria clarified that '' we have seen the report released by the HRW regarding handing over of the Canadian child Fatima Ahmed Kumari, 4.

''We are working in compliance with the international laws that advocate children segregation from mothers except for humanitarian cases after receiving formal consent from mother, as the request was put by her''.

Based on this, on Friday 12th, and for better living conditions and to remove her from the ISIS extremist ideology the child was handed over dully.

''on March 25th, 2019, after ISIS was defeated in Baghouz and an end was put to the ISIS state, the  Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria called for the creation of an international tribunal for the prosecution of ISIS elements put up to date no response was given to that call neither a single state voiced will of coordination''.
