Turkish occupation and KDP Plan to carry out assassinations and sabotage

In the report issued by the Kurdistan Strategic Research Center, the information talks about planning being prepared as a basic basis to legitimize the joint offensive of the Turkish occupation army and the Kurdistan Democratic Party forces against S. Kurdistan and the People Defense Forces, as well as addressing the contrived events that preceded the attack and counter-propaganda to destroy the image of the PKK.

According to the report, the KDP is trying to inject propaganda against the PKK according to a plan prepared by the "Parstan" in coordination with the Turkish occupation intelligence, by accusing them (PKK) of fabricating chaos, especially fires in a number of cities in S. Kurdistan, especially in Hawler and Dohuk, and to legitimize Turkish attacks and its occupation of large parts of S. Kurdistan.

First part of the scenario: fires

According to the information, a meeting was held at Kaplan's representative office in the city of Hawler on July 20, and lasted for 3 hours, bringing together leaders from the "Parsten" (KDP intelligence) and Turkish intelligence, and it was concluded that some sabotage and assassinations should be carried out in the coming days, to create chaos and a state of panic among citizens, and to accuse and hold the PKK responsible for these events, especially in Dohuk.

Nearly 2 months before the meeting, the Turkish state and the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) tried to inflame public opinion against the PKK by setting up a fire in the Qayseri market in the city of Hawler on May 5, in which the KDP, through propaganda, accused the PKK of being behind the fire.

Names of the persons who were trained and assigned to carry out the scheme by the Parastan Service and the Turkish Intelligence:

A number of people were trained and assigned to carry out the Turkish intelligence scheme, and some of them knew:
Hoshyar Serdi, many of his family members work with the Parastan and Turkish intelligence.

Serbast Serwani, 35, received assassination training with Turkish intelligence at the Parastan center in Zakho.

Arkan Hamed, known within the KDP as Mukhtar Hamed.

Lind Mohamed Zarari, 38, received 40-day training with Turkish intelligence in Hawler.

The KDP cooperates and participates openly with the Turkish occupation army in occupying various areas in S. Kurdistan, where it has occupied many areas within Dohuk governorate since the beginning of this July, in addition to its participation in the fight against the People Defense Forces within the defense areas of Mediya.
