Mutual bombing between Damascus govt and mercenaries in northwestern Syria
The countryside of , Latakia, and Hama witnessed mutual bombardment between Damascus government forces and mercenaries.
The "Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham" mercenaries bombed the positions of the Damascus forces in the city of Kafranbel and the villages of al-Malajah and Kawkaba in the southern countryside of Idlib with heavy artillery shells. The Jabal al-Akrad area in the Latakia countryside also witnessed mutual bombardment between the Damascus government forces and the "Al-Fath al-Mubin" mercenaries with rocket-propelled grenades, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
The two sides also exchanged shelling with heavy machine guns in the Al-Ghab Plain area in the western Hama countryside.
