DAA: 20 thousand tons of wheat received so far
The quantity of wheat received to the centers in NE Syria has reached 20 thousand tons of the crop daily, amid the continued supply process from farmers.
The Agriculture and Irrigation Body in North and East Syria opened centers to receive the wheat crop from farmers, in 3 stages, which were opened on May 25, 28, and June 1.
Deputy co-chair of the Agriculture and Irrigation Body of NE Syria, Ahmed Younis, in an interview conducted by the Body’s media office, “We receive wheat from our fellow farmers on a daily basis in all areas of NE Syria, 20 thousand tons, stressing that the supply process is continuing at a high pace.”
