A member of the Presidency of the Future Syria Party, Zelal Ceger, spoke to ANHA agency on the occasion of the 12th anniversary of the July 19 revolution, and touched on women's struggle and achievements during the revolution.

Zelal Ceger explained that the Rojava revolution constitutes for the world the beginning of a new system, and said: "It establishes equality and justice and builds a new democratic social system, this revolution took place in the small part of Kurdistan, but its impact was very great."

She pointed out that the Rojava revolution is known as the Women's Revolution, and highlighted the role of women, saying: "Women participated in many revolutions around the world, but none of these revolutions were at the level of the Rojava revolution, as women led the revolution and engaged in all military, organizational, administrative and political fields.

Women have reached the level of performing all tasks and responsibilities, and the secret of the victory of Rojava's struggle is the presence and involvement of women in it, women's leadership based on the ideas of freedom has overthrown the patriarchal hegemonic system, and she said, "The woman you consider unwilling today takes on leadership at the highest level."

Ceger pointed to the leadership of women from all components of NE Syria of the Rojava revolution, not just Kurdish women, she continued "At the institutional level, K. Sta, the Zenobia Women's Gathering and the Women's Council of North and East Syria were established, and all institutions of the AANES and civil society institutions adopt the co-chair system, which in itself is a great victory for women."

She stated that in world' revolutions, a regime is overthrown and a new system is built, and for this problems and chaos appear, but they were able to achieve a lot of things within a short period, she continued: "Of course we have shortcomings and we face many difficulties and challenges, we are required to reach all women and this has not been fully achieved yet, the enemies who want to eliminate the system of Autonomous-Administration are working hard, the Turkish occupation state launches daily military attacks from one side and wages a special war on us on the other side, they seek to distance the revolution from its path by targeting youth and women.

Everyone knows that the revolution succeeds and culminates in victory through women and youth, we have been seeing for two years the spread of prostitution and drug abuse, and this has reached the level of deterioration of society, so everyone must be aware and cautious, and awareness in these topics is an urgent necessity, as the enemy is well aware that it will not be able to defeat us by direct war face to face."

"We must in this year to reach all women" With these words, Zelal Ceger spoke about the importance of the struggle and said: "We must stand in the face of the Turkish state's attacks on our regions more than ever to protect Rojava and its achievements, we are in the years of victory, so we have to commit to our role more, the threats of the Turkish state on our areas are violent, and a violent war may break out, so we must be prepared.

One of the most important tasks and duties that fall on us is also to achieve the physical freedom of leader Ocalan, so the women of North and East Syria must participate in the Freedom Campaign for leader Apo more, the freedom of the leader is our freedom, we must apply this slogan in all our days."
