HPG kills 5 Turkish occupation soldiers
The People Defense Forces eliminated 5 Turkish occupation soldiers, and destroyed two sites and surveillance camera systems, during a series of operations they carried out in Gevr, Metina and Zap, in the Mediya defense areas in S. Kurdistan.
Today, the Media Center of HPG issued a statement about the operations carried out by the Gêrîla forces against the Turkish occupation army, which read:
"In disbelief:
On July 17, our forces discovered and destroyed 3 surveillance camera systems that the Turkish occupation army had placed in the courtyards of the villages of Civiyan, Sharkulata and Sikoza in Gevr.
