Today, the Media Office of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria published news about a visit by a delegation from Kyrgyzstan to the Foreign Relations Department of the Autonomous Administration on July 18.

According to the report, the delegation, led by Kyrgyzstan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs representative, Bakyt Kadirov, was received by the co-chair of the Foreign Relations Department, Fener al-Kait, the deputy co-chair, Gulîstan Ali, and Administrative Body member, Khaled Ibrahim.

During the visit, discussions covered Syrian affairs and political developments. Fener al-Kait expressed the Autonomous Administration's stance against any agreements that do not serve the interests of the Syrian people, also rejecting any agreements between Turkey and the Damascus government that do not lead to Turkey's withdrawal from Syrian territory.

Al-Kait highlighted the suffering of the people in North and East Syria due to the ongoing attacks by the Turkish occupation state and the impact of these attacks on military efforts against ISIS fighters, as well as their effect on the security of the region, which hosts numerous ISIS detainee camps and refugee camps for ISIS families.

He urged Kyrgyzstan and other remaining countries to support the Democratic Autonomous Administration in all fields to effectively combat terrorism.

During the visit, Kyrgyzstan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs representative, Bakyt Kadirov, thanked the Autonomous Administration and the Syrian Democratic Forces for their efforts in fighting ISIS and for the significant sacrifices made by the people of the region. He said, "Kyrgyzstan acknowledges the substantial sacrifices made by the Autonomous Administration and the Syrian Democratic Forces."

At the end of the visit, the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria officially transferred 15 children and 7 women from ISIS families to the Republic of Kyrgyzstan according to a formal handover document between the two parties.
