Two members of the Damascus government forces were killed by targeting the Turkish occupation mercenaries.

According to SOHR, two members of the Damascus government forces were killed by snipers by “Al-Fatah Al-Mubin” mercenaries. The first was killed on the Maarat Mukhas axis in the southern countryside of Idlib, and the other was killed on the axis of the Al-Ghab Plain area in the western Hama countryside, within the so-called “de-escalation” zone. 

In this context, Damascus government forces bombed with heavy artillery shells the surroundings of the towns of Al-Fatira, Kansafra and Al-Bara in the Jabal Al-Zawiya area in the southern Idlib countryside.

Thus, the number of those killed in ground attacks within the “de-escalation” zone since the beginning of the year rose to 71, during 73 operations:

– 10 citizens.

- 40 Damascus government forces, including an officer.

- 21 mercenaries from the Turkish occupation.

About 78 people injured in the aforementioned operations, 47 of whom were citizens, while more than 25 members of the Damascus government forces and their affiliates injured.
