Norwegian Left Socialist Party (NSP) MP Andreas Sélég Onyland submitted a draft question to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, recalling the CPT's visit to Imrali, and it was announced that the November report had not yet been published.

Rep. Sélég Onyland asked: Will the State Department pursue this matter or not?

The draft also states: "The European Committee against Torture in Detention attempts to prevent torture, degrading treatment and punishment through visits, as well as reports published after visits, and in order not to prejudice diplomatic relations with Turkey, the European Committee against Torture has not published its report regarding the recent visit to Imrali prison."

In the draft, he recalled the previous reports of the European Commission against Torture, which addressed concerns about the conditions of Imrali 's imprisonment, and stated: "However, given Turkey's objection, the report will not be published, it has been two and a half years and no information about Abdullah Ocalan has been received."

It was also announced in the draft that, despite the calls of the Equality and Peoples' Democracy Party (HEDEP), human rights defenders, lawyers, politicians and activists, the European Committee against Torture had not yet published its report.

Parliamentarian Sélég Onyland said, "Because the Committee against Torture has not published its report, no information is received from Ocalan."

In order to guarantee prisoners' rights and protect the image of the European Committee against Torture, the European Committee against Torture was requested to publish its report.
