Guerrilla celebrates on the anniversary of founding PKK

The People's Defense Forces (HPG) and the Free Women's Units - Star (YJA-Star) celebrated the 45th anniversary of the founding of the Kurdistan Workers' Party, which falls today, November 27, in the Matina area of the Mediya Defense areas in Southern Kurdistan.

During the celebration, the leader of the Free Women's Units - Star (YJA-Star), Suzanne Merdin, congratulated all freedom fighters, especially Leader Abdullah Ocalan, on the occasion of the anniversary of the founding of the Kurdistan Workers' Party.

Suzanne Merdin stated that the march of freedom began with the person of the martyr Hakki Qarar, and pointed out that the leader Abdullah Ocalan made the establishment of the Kurdistan Workers’ Party a necessity for the merit of the martyrs and said: “This case is not an ordinary case and this issue is an issue that expanded with the blood of the martyrs, and thanks to our martyrs we have become an organized party and an organized army, and all of this was built with great faith and precious sacrifices.”

The PKK has laid the foundations properly

Suzanne Merdin said that the PKK has never weakened on any given day, but has grown stronger day by day. She said: “The PKK was formed in order to achieve victory for the oppressed peoples. Thanks to the PKK, our people know themselves well now, and the PKK does not accept... "The Kurdistan Workers' Party is in this situation like oppressed people. Rather, they struggle in the squares every day to obtain their rights, and they are proud of their struggle."

Suzanne Merdin pointed out that the freedom fighters of Kurdistan hear the voice of the Kurdish people and are confident until the end that the people will embrace the Guerrilla and leader Abdullah Ocalan. She said, "We congratulate the anniversary of the founding of the Kurdistan Workers' Party to our people and to all our comrades who stand in the trenches and on the front lines of the war."

After Suzanne concluded her speech, the guerilla chanted the slogans “Long live leader  APO ” and “There is no life without the leader,” and then the fighters celebrated November 27 by holding dabke circles.
