Aleppo youths: Resistance will thwart Turkish threats

The youths of al-Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood in Aleppo called on the organizations and the international community to put an end to the Turkish occupier. They said that the hostile Turkish threats come within the framework of supporting terrorism, stressing that they will resist.

The youths of a number of organizations and institutions; the Syrian Revolutionary Youth Movement, the Future Syria Party Youth, the Democratic Union Party Youth and the Democratic Syrian Council's Youth in al-Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood of Aleppo issued on Monday a statement to the public opinion about the Turkish threats to occupy the northern and eastern of Syria.

Dozens of young people participated in the statement. The statement was read by the administrator of the Democratic Union Party's Youth of in Aleppo Fadila Kenjo. The statement included,

"The Turkish direct aggressive threats through its brutal policy towards the peoples of the world and the region is to create tensions and chaos and to support terrorism in Syria.

Erdogan's government is rebelling against all humanitarian, human rights, peace-loving and democratic forces. It occupies many parts claiming to spread democracies, and it turns out to be hiding behind the fabricated lie that it wants to protect its national security.

Shame on all the international standards, media silence, the United Nations' bodies and the Security Council's silence towards these threats. We demand them to have a humanitarian position and put an end to Erdogan's government.

Finally, as the democratic youths in the neighborhood of al-Sheikh Maqsoud, we are not afraid of those threats and pledge the martyrs, the leader and the people that our resistance's first goal is to thwart all these threats."
