Since 50 Years, supports his family by vegetable cart inherited from his father

He has been displaced since he was 10-year-old from Idleb to the city of Qamishlo. He has lived with the region for decades and works in the profession he inherited from his father, selling vegetables on a mobile cart and supporting his family for 50 years.

Large numbers of families from different Syrian areas who have been forced to leave their homes, searching for safe shelter in Rojava and North Syria, they are living together with all kinds of the components in the region ,such as Kurds , Arabs , Armenians and other based on fraternity people according to the principles of the democratic nation

Citizen whose name is Abdullah Abu Mahmoud his age is 75 years, has been displaced for 65 years with his family from Adlib and has gone to Qamishlo city . At the beginning of their arrival to Qamishlo city, they lived in difficult circumstances. Abdullah, who was 10 years old at the time, was unable to follow up on school because of the family's poverty and difficult circumstances and began to work in land and construction.

He married a Kurdish woman

When Abdullah reached the age of 24, he married a Kurdish woman and had two children. "I am an Arab and my wife is a Kurd. Nation states are trying to impose their control over society, but we live in Rojava and North Syria according to the principles of the democratic nation, where different cultures coexist with one another."

He follows his father's footsteps

At the age of 25, Uncle Abdullah began selling vegetables. He learned this profession from his father and is still working on it till now. He goes every day at 7:00 am to bring vegetables and fruit, sells them in front of Qassimo Mosque in al-Qarbi neighborhood in Qamishlo city, and continues to work until 18:00.

Uncle Abdullah explained that he works in this profession in summer and winter and believes in the strength of his family from the vehicle he inherited from his father.
