How SDF coordinate their movements against Daesh with Iraqi army?

Al-Jazeera Tempest campaign launched by Syrian Democratic Forces in coordination with the Iraqi army and the International Alliance continues with full force parallel to the Syrian-Iraqi border, Hawar news correspondents managed to reach the areas under the control of Iraqi military and monitored coordination between Syrian Democratic Forces and the Iraqi army against IS mercenaries.

Syrian Democratic Forces SDF and the Iraqi forces in al-Jazeera Tempest campaign are working to liberate the border strip and other areas controlled by IS mercenaries, where SDF coordinate fully with the Iraqi army during the advancements or counter attacks by IS mercenaries to the two parties, Hawar news agency correspondents managed to reach some points of the Iraqi army accompanied by a leader in Syrian Democratic Forces and monitored how to coordinate between the parties.

How to coordinate between the parties

Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), in coordination with the Iraqi army, are monitoring the presence of IS mercenaries, to progress to the borderline to be coordinated, the aim of the operation is to prevent the entry of any mercenary from one part to the other, after the liberation of any area, they put observation points placed between the two parties to control the borders' condition, the artillery of Syrian Democratic Forces and the Iraqi army is shelling in a coordinated manner against Daesh points with making attention of the two sides for the safety of civilians remaining in areas where IS mercenaries exist.

As for the flight, the Iraqi army has launched air raids against IS mercenaries sites, after coordination with SDF and International Alliance.

"Coordination between Syrian Democratic Forces and the Iraqi army is taking place on both sides of the border to avoid any mistakes that may open up the domain to Daesh to launch a surprise or suicide attacks on the positions of our forces," said Shater Hasan, the SDF leader, who accompanied Hawar news agency to the Iraqi army point.

Hassan pointed out that the process of coordination between Syrian Democratic Forces and the Iraqi army will continue until the liberation of the entire border area of IS mercenaries and secured it completely.

The leader Shater Hasan confirmed at the end of his speech that the joint campaign between the two parties will reach its objectives in the coming few days.
