Protests have intensified in northwestern Syria due to racist practices against Syrian refugees in Turkey, forced deportation campaigns, and attacks on their property by racists, as well as a protest against recent reconciliations between Ankara and Damascus, which included areas occupied by Hay'at Tahrir al-Sham mercenaries.

Forces of Hay'at mercenaries were deployed in a demonstration near the city of Sarmada and another at the crossing in Khirbet al-Juz in the Idlib countryside, due to fears of angry demonstrators attacking Turkish forces, similar to incidents in areas under Turkish occupation in the Aleppo countryside.

Citizens demonstrated in the city of Atareb and Abzimo in the western countryside of Aleppo. These protests witnessed chaos and attacks on Turkish occupation points and vehicles as an expression of their anger.

In areas occupied by Turkey in the Aleppo countryside, clashes occurred with machine guns between armed demonstrators and members of the occupation forces at the Saraya building in the occupied city of Afrin. This resulted in the death of a demonstrator and the injury of seven others by bullets, who were subsequently transferred to hospitals for treatment amidst tension and chaos in the region.

Reports also indicated that a child was shot near the Bab al-Salama border crossing with Turkey.

A group of Turkish border guards, the Gendarmerie, fired live bullets at demonstrators who entered the Jarabulus border crossing, with no information provided regarding deaths or injuries.

Demonstrators removed the Turkish flag from the Ghazawiya crossing, and a Turkish flag was taken down in the town of Kafr Janna in the occupied Afrin countryside.

Internet service was disrupted in parts of northwestern Syria following the protests that erupted in various areas of the Aleppo countryside. Local sources mentioned that optical Internet service was cut at the source hours after people participated in demonstrations condemning the violence against Syrians in the Turkish state of Kayseri the previous evening.
