Details of the upcoming meeting with Leader Abdullah Ocalan revealed

Peoples' Democracy and Equality Party (DEM) spokesperson Ayşe Gül Doğan held a press conference at the party's headquarters regarding the Central Executive Board meeting. Ayşe Gül Doğan explained that one of the main topics discussed at the Central Executive Board was the committee to be formed in parliament.

Ayşe Gül Doğan indicated that the Kurdish issue is not just an issue for the Kurds, and that they are preparing to resolve this issue. She emphasized that the opposition parties she met with demanded "direct contact, communication, disclosure, and transparency."

Meetings will continue

Ayşe explained that she had also met with the Justice and Development Party (AKP) and the Nationalist Movement Party (MHP), and that these meetings would continue, saying, "We are not only meeting with political parties represented in parliament. The meetings are ongoing and will continue with other political parties not represented in parliament. These meetings will also continue in the new phase. Written statements were issued after these meetings."

Preparing to go to Imrali

Ayşe Gül Doğan referred to the meetings with Leader Abdullah Ocalan, saying, "We, as the Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP), are also preparing to go to Imrali Island soon. We will go to Imrali Island with a delegation consisting of members of our party's central administrative body, including our co-chairs. We are preparing to meet directly with Mr. Abdullah Ocalan and consult with him to understand and interpret this phase and organize ourselves more strongly. We will visit him as a delegation from the MHP as soon as possible. Mr. Ocalan is also likely to hold meetings with representatives of other political parties in the coming days."

Leader Abdullah Ocalan wants to hold meetings with Mazloum Abdi and the leadership of the YNK and PDK.

Ayşe Gül Doğan continued, stating: "Considering the weight and breadth of the issue, we believe it would be beneficial for Mr. Abdullah Ocalan to hold meetings with Mr. Masoud Barzani, Mr. Nechirvan Barzani, Mr. Mazloum Abdi, Mr. Qubad, and Mr. Bafel Talabani. We also know that he wants to hold these meetings. We want to share this with the public. This is Mr. Ocalan's request. We also believe this would be beneficial. It is important and necessary for him to meet with leaders from different political parties and important figures. This is also essential for the future process."
