HPG: 10 Turkish occupation soldiers killed in Zap

The Media Center of HPG issued a written statement to the public about its operations against the Turkish occupation army, which stated:

“On October 13, at 16:00 and 16:30, our Guerrilla forces carried out an operation against the Turkish occupation in the resistance square on Judi Hill using a sniper tactic, which led to the killing of two Turkish soldiers.

Our Guerrilla fighters in the ranks of the Free Women's Units - Star intervened twice in the movements of Turkish occupation helicopters in the skies of the Resistance Square on Judi Hill from October 13 at 20:45 until October 14 at 00:30, using their heavy weapons.

On October 13, at 08:10 and 15:30, our Guerrilla forces directed strong strikes at the Turkish aggression army in the resistance square on Amadiye Hill, with semi-automatic weapons, and two occupying soldiers were killed during this operation.

On October 14, at 05:25, our Guerrilla fighters targeted the Turkish occupation soldiers in the Resistance Square on Amadiye Hill in an effective manner using their semi-automatic weapons. This operation resulted in the death of 5 soldiers.

On October 13, at 06:30, our Guerrilla forces targeted a soldier from the Turkish occupation army who was tracking the resistance square in the Side area, while he was going to the telescope site, with a sniper tactic, led to his death. This operation was carried out by our fighters for the Free Women’s Units - Star.

Turkish occupation army attacks with chemical gases, banned bombs, and armed drones:

On October 13, at 17:00, the Turkish occupation army bombed the war trenches in the Resistance Square in the Sida area in Zap, once with prohibited bombs.

On October 12 and 13, armed drones of the Turkish occupation bombed the war trenches in the resistance square in Jarjel Hill twice.

On October 13, the war trenches of our Guerrilla forces in the resistance square, Amadiye and Judi Hill, in the Martyr Dalil area, west of Zap were bombed by armed drones of the Turkish aggression 8 times, and once by banned bombs as well.

Turkish occupation army attacks:

On October 13, Turkish occupation warplanes bombed Martyr Ibrahim Square in the Zap region 3 times, as well as Martyr Sharif and Kandula squares in the Khakurk region 3 times, and the aforementioned areas were subjected in total 6 times to enemy warplanes bombing.

On the same date, Turkish aggression attack helicopters bombed the areas of Zap, Martyr Dalil West Zap and Matina several times.

The areas of Zap, Martyr Dalil, Khakurk and Matina were subjected many times to artillery shelling by the Turkish occupation army.”
