HPG kills Turkish soldier, occupation attacks Guerrilla trenches 56 times

The Media Center of the People's Defense Forces (HPG) issued a statement on Monday, stating:

"The fascist Turkish occupation army, with its heavy technologies, continues its attacks on the Kurdistan Freedom Guerilla, stationed in their positions, and our forces responded to the occupation on the basis of legitimate defense, which resulted in the death of a soldier from the Turkish occupation army. Our forces' areas were bombed dozens of times with warplanes, 46 times with tanks, cannons and heavy weapons.

February 19, at 11:30, in the Shiladze district of the Amadiya region, the occupation army attacked our forces who were in the vicinity of Çamço Square, and our forces responded with heavy weapons to the attacks in order to protect themselves as a result, a soldier from the Turkish occupation army was killed.

On February 19, Warkhliye Square, Balanda Valley and the vicinity of the Martyr Reber camp, as well as the village of Al-Tal in Gari, the village of Birket and the slopes of Khair hill, were bombed dozens of times by warplanes.

February 19, in the Resistance Square in Judy Hill and near the village of Sida and Jamjo Square in the Shiladze district of the Amadiya region, the resistance trenches were bombed 46 times with cannons, tanks and heavy weapons.
