 The position of the Biden administration towards the Damascus government indicates the opposite of what it was in the time of Trump.  It will not normalize with Damascus and will not lead a diplomatic and political campaign to persuade its allies not to normalize with it.  Meanwhile, the Sadrist bloc turned the power equation upside down, after obtaining the largest number of seats in the Iraqi elections, which witnessed a wide boycott.
