Lebanese MP candidate: Guven’s demands must be considered with human, non-political eye

The candidate for Lebanese parliamentarian Faten al-Zein called for speeding up the parliamentary demands of the Democratic People's Party, Leyla Guven, and to consider these demands with a human, not political, eye.

The Lebanese parliament, which ran for office in the parliamentary elections held last year in Lebanon, called the list of "Voice of the People" Faten al-Zein, in which she expressed her desire to consider with humanity the demands of the Co-Chair of the Democratic Society Conference and the parliamentarian of the Democratic People's Party Leyla Guven.

Leyla Guven was arrested by the Turkish state for her stance against the Turkish occupation of Afrin, while Leyla Guven announced a hunger strike 70 days ago, condemning the isolation imposed on Kurdish leader Abdullah Ocalan.

In this regard, the Candidate for Lebanese parliamentarian Faten al-Zein sent a letter expressing her regret for the situation Leyla Guven has reached. Faten said in the letter, "Please consider with human eyes demand of Leyla Guven, because she has gone on hunger strike for a humanitarian stance: to lift the isolation of leader Ocalan."

Faten al-Zein demanded quick response to Leyla Guven's demands.
